System stick with integrated fan, France, end of 19th century. The stick has a screw-off brass knob decorated with garlands. In the shaft made of black painted bamboo there is the fan made of fine fabric painted with red and blue flowers on a white background. The fan is pulled out by pulling up its protruding middle section. Total length 86 cm.
